TITLE SEARCH – $22.00

Title search shows the current registered proprietor and any mortgages etc.

HISTORICAL SEARCHES – $22.00

Historical search shows all transactions since creation of title. Choose this option when the information you require is to search the history of a property prior to current ownership.

PLANS REQUEST– $24.00

Plan images provides copy of deposited plan and/or strata plans.

REGISTERED DEALINGS – $22.00

Copies of dealings provide copies of mortgages, transfers, covenants etc.

S66 CERTIFICATE – $22.00

Provides details of any outstanding water rates against a property.

SEWER SERVICE DIAGRAM – $31.00

(drainage diagram) Shows where the property is connected to the sewer.
